HEB: וַתִּשְׂמַ֨ח ׀ צִיּ֗וֹן וַ֭תָּגֵלְנָה בְּנ֣וֹת יְהוּדָ֑ה
NAS: of Judah have rejoiced Because
KJV: of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments,
