Psalm 28:5
HEB: מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדָ֑יו יֶ֝הֶרְסֵ֗ם וְלֹ֣א יִבְנֵֽם׃
NAS: of His hands, He will tear them down and not build
KJV: of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.
