Proverbs 29:18
HEB: בְּאֵ֣ין חָ֭זוֹן יִפָּ֣רַֽע עָ֑ם וְשֹׁמֵ֖ר
NAS: the people are unrestrained, But happy
KJV: the people perish: but he that keepeth
