| 2Instead, I have calmed and quieted my soul like a weaned child with its mother; my soul is like a weaned child. | 2But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me. |
| 3Israel, put your hope in the LORD, both now and forever. | 3O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and forevermore. |
