1May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, Selah1For the director of music. With stringed instruments. A psalm. A song. May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us--
2that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations.2so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.
3Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you!3May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.
4Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you judge the peoples with equity and guide the nations upon earth. Selah4May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth.
5Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you!5May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.
6The earth has yielded its increase; God, our God, shall bless us.6The land yields its harvest; God, our God, blesses us.
7God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him!7May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.
