Psalm 23
ISV Parallel CSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
International Standard VersionChristian Standard Bible
1The LORD is the one who is shepherding me; I lack nothing.1The LORD is my shepherd; I have what I need.
2He causes me to lie down in pastures of green grass; he guides me beside quiet waters.2He lets me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside quiet waters.
3He revives my life; he leads me in pathways that are righteous for the sake of his name. 3He renews my life; he leads me along the right paths for his name's sake.
4Even when I walk through a valley of deep darkness, I will not be afraid because you are with me. Your rod and your staff—they comfort me.4Even when I go through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for you are with me; your rod and your staff--they comfort me.
5You prepare a table before me, even in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.5You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6Truly, goodness and gracious love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will remain in the LORD's Temple forever. 6Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD as long as I live.
