Psalm 130
NLT Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New Living TranslationNET Bible
1From the depths of despair, O LORD, I call for your help.1A song of ascents. From the deep water I cry out to you, O LORD.
2Hear my cry, O Lord. Pay attention to my prayer.2O Lord, listen to me! Pay attention to my plea for mercy!
3LORD, if you kept a record of our sins, who, O Lord, could ever survive?3If you, O LORD, were to keep track of sins, O Lord, who could stand before you?
4But you offer forgiveness, that we might learn to fear you.4But you are willing to forgive, so that you might be honored.
5I am counting on the LORD; yes, I am counting on him. I have put my hope in his word.5I rely on the LORD, I rely on him with my whole being; I wait for his assuring word.
6I long for the Lord more than sentries long for the dawn, yes, more than sentries long for the dawn.6I yearn for the Lord, more than watchmen do for the morning, yes, more than watchmen do for the morning.
7O Israel, hope in the LORD; for with the LORD there is unfailing love. His redemption overflows.7O Israel, hope in the LORD, for the LORD exhibits loyal love, and is more than willing to deliver.
8He himself will redeem Israel from every kind of sin.8He will deliver Israel from all the consequences of their sins.
