Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, set your focus on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess. Therefore, holy brothers, you who share in a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession, Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession: Jesus; Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest.
He was faithful to the One who appointed Him, just as Moses was faithful in all God’s house. who was faithful to him who appointed him, just as Moses also was faithful in all God’s house. Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. He was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was in all His house. He was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses was faithful in all God’s house.
For Jesus has been counted worthy of greater glory than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself. For Jesus has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses—as much more glory as the builder of a house has more honor than the house itself. For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. For He has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by just so much as the builder of the house has more honor than the house. Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself.
And every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything. (For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.) For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God. For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God. For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.
Now Moses was faithful as a servant in all God’s house, testifying to what would be spoken later. Now Moses was faithful in all God’s house as a servant, to testify to the things that were to be spoken later, And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; Now Moses was faithful in all God’s house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken later; “Moses was faithful as a servant in all God’s house,” bearing witness to what would be spoken by God in the future.
But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are His house, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope of which we boast. but Christ is faithful over God’s house as a son. And we are his house, if indeed we hold fast our confidence and our boasting in our hope. But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house—whose house we are, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the boast of our hope. But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory.
Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you hear His voice, Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today, if you hear his voice, Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, Therefore, just as the Holy Spirit says, “TODAY IF YOU HEAR HIS VOICE, So, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts, as you did in the rebellion, in the day of testing in the wilderness, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, on the day of testing in the wilderness, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS AS WHEN THEY PROVOKED ME, AS ON THE DAY OF TRIAL IN THE WILDERNESS, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion, during the time of testing in the wilderness,
where your fathers tested and tried Me, and for forty years saw My works. where your fathers put me to the test and saw my works for forty years. When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. WHERE YOUR FATHERS PUT ME TO THE TEST, AND SAW MY WORKS FOR FORTY YEARS. where your ancestors tested and tried me, though for forty years they saw what I did.
Therefore I was angry with that generation, and I said, ‘Their hearts are always going astray, and they have not known My ways. Therefore I was provoked with that generation, and said, ‘They always go astray in their heart; they have not known my ways.’ Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. “THEREFORE I WAS ANGRY WITH THIS GENERATION, AND SAID, ‘THEY ALWAYS GO ASTRAY IN THEIR HEART, AND THEY DID NOT KNOW MY WAYS’; That is why I was angry with that generation; I said, ‘Their hearts are always going astray, and they have not known my ways.’
So I swore on oath in My anger, They shall never enter My rest.’ ” As I swore in my wrath, ‘They shall not enter my rest.’” So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) AS I SWORE IN MY ANGER, ‘THEY CERTAINLY SHALL NOT ENTER MY REST.’” So I declared on oath in my anger, ‘They shall never enter my rest.’”
See to it, brothers, that none of you has a wicked heart of unbelief that turns away from the living God. Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.
But exhort one another daily, as long as it is called today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. But encourage one another every day, as long as it is still called “today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.
We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly to the end the assurance we had at first. For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; For we have become partakers of Christ if we keep the beginning of our commitment firm until the end, We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.
As it has been said: “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts, as you did in the rebellion.” As it is said, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. while it is said, “TODAY IF YOU HEAR HIS VOICE, DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS, AS WHEN THEY PROVOKED ME.” As has just been said: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion.”
For who were the ones who heard and rebelled? Were they not all those Moses led out of Egypt? For who were those who heard and yet rebelled? Was it not all those who left Egypt led by Moses? For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. For who provoked Him when they had heard? Indeed, did not all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses? Who were they who heard and rebelled? Were they not all those Moses led out of Egypt?
And with whom was God angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? And with whom was he provoked for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? And with whom was He angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose dead bodies fell in the wilderness? And with whom was he angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies perished in the wilderness?
And to whom did He swear that they would never enter His rest? Was it not to those who disobeyed? And to whom did he swear that they would not enter his rest, but to those who were disobedient? And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who were disobedient? And to whom did God swear that they would never enter his rest if not to those who disobeyed?
So we see that it was because of their unbelief that they were unable to enter. So we see that they were unable to enter because of unbelief. So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. And so we see that they were not able to enter because of unbelief. So we see that they were not able to enter, because of their unbelief.
