Putting It Into Practice Daily

• Start each morning with Scripture reading and meditation (Psalm 1:2).

• Speak to God continually throughout the day (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

• Memorize key “delight” verses to recall when distractions surface (Psalm 119:11).

• Fast or set aside specific times to sharpen spiritual hunger (Matthew 6:16-18).

• Gather regularly with believers who share the same pursuit (Hebrews 10:24-25).

• End the day recounting evidences of God’s goodness to keep delight fresh (Psalm 92:1-2).

Job posed the question; the rest of Scripture answers with a resounding yes: true followers delight in the Almighty and seek Him at all times—finding in Him their greatest joy, strength, and reward.
