Jesus Christ alone is worthy to open the scroll received from the Father because He was slain and redeemed His people by His blood. The first seal begins the ordered release of judgments that will unfold across the earth. The seven seals reveal the completeness of God’s sovereign plan, including both judgment upon rebellion and the preparation for Christ’s kingdom.
