Exodus 13:8
Good News Translation
When the festival begins, explain to your sons that you do all this because of what the LORD did for you when you left Egypt.

You shall tell your child on that day, ‘It is because of what the LORD did for me when I came out of Egypt.’

Then on the seventh day you must explain to your children that you do this because the LORD brought you out of Egypt.
