Good News Translation
"Where are the gods that you made for yourselves? When you are in trouble, let them save you--if they can! Judah, you have as many gods as you have cities.

But where are your gods that you made for yourself? Let them come, if they can save you, in your time of trouble; for you have as many gods as you have towns, O Judah.

Go cry to the gods you made! There should be enough of them to save you, because Judah has as many gods as it has towns.
