| 1By the waters of Babylon, there we sat down and wept, when we remembered Zion. | 1By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. |
| 2On the willows there we hung up our lyres. | 2We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. |
