| 1The one who lives under the protection of the Most High dwells in the shadow of the Almighty. | 1He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. |
| 2I will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." | 2I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” |
| 3He Himself will deliver you from the hunter's net, from the destructive plague. | 3For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. |
