NASB Parallel CSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995Christian Standard Bible
A Psalm of David. Hear my prayer, O LORD, Give ear to my supplications! Answer me in Your faithfulness, in Your righteousness!1LORD, hear my prayer. In your faithfulness listen to my plea, and in your righteousness answer me.
And do not enter into judgment with Your servant, For in Your sight no man living is righteous.2Do not bring your servant into judgment, for no one alive is righteous in your sight.
For the enemy has persecuted my soul; He has crushed my life to the ground; He has made me dwell in dark places, like those who have long been dead.3For the enemy has pursued me, crushing me to the ground, making me live in darkness like those long dead.
Therefore my spirit is overwhelmed within me; My heart is appalled within me.4My spirit is weak within me; my heart is overcome with dismay.
I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your doings; I muse on the work of Your hands.5I remember the days of old; I meditate on all you have done; I reflect on the work of your hands.
I stretch out my hands to You; My soul longs for You, as a parched land. Selah.6I spread out my hands to you; I am like parched land before you. Selah
Answer me quickly, O LORD, my spirit fails; Do not hide Your face from me, Or I will become like those who go down to the pit.7Answer me quickly, LORD; my spirit fails. Don't hide your face from me, or I will be like those going down to the Pit.
Let me hear Your lovingkindness in the morning; For I trust in You; Teach me the way in which I should walk; For to You I lift up my soul.8Let me experience your faithful love in the morning, for I trust in you. Reveal to me the way I should go because I appeal to you.
Deliver me, O LORD, from my enemies; I take refuge in You.9Rescue me from my enemies, LORD; I come to you for protection.
Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.10Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me on level ground.
For the sake of Your name, O LORD, revive me. In Your righteousness bring my soul out of trouble.11For your name's sake, LORD, let me live. In your righteousness deliver me from trouble,
And in Your lovingkindness, cut off my enemies And destroy all those who afflict my soul, For I am Your servant.12and in your faithful love destroy my enemies. Wipe out all those who attack me, for I am your servant.
