| 1Praise the LORD! I will thank the LORD with all my heart as I meet with his godly people. | 1Praise the LORD! I will give thanks to the LORD with all my heart, In the company of the upright and in the assembly. |
| 2How amazing are the deeds of the LORD! All who delight in him should ponder them. | 2Great are the works of the LORD; They are studied by all who delight in them. |
| 3Everything he does reveals his glory and majesty. His righteousness never fails. | 3Splendid and majestic is His work, And His righteousness endures forever. |
| 4He causes us to remember his wonderful works. How gracious and merciful is our LORD! | 4He has made His wonders to be remembered; The LORD is gracious and compassionate. |
| 5He gives food to those who fear him; he always remembers his covenant. | 5He has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever. |
| 6He has shown his great power to his people by giving them the lands of other nations. | 6He has made known to His people the power of His works, In giving them the heritage of the nations. |
| 7All he does is just and good, and all his commandments are trustworthy. | 7The works of His hands are truth and justice; All His precepts are sure. |
| 8They are forever true, to be obeyed faithfully and with integrity. | 8They are upheld forever and ever; They are performed in truth and uprightness. |
| 9He has paid a full ransom for his people. He has guaranteed his covenant with them forever. What a holy, awe-inspiring name he has! | 9He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever; Holy and awesome is His name. |
| 10Fear of the LORD is the foundation of true wisdom. All who obey his commandments will grow in wisdom. Praise him forever! | 10The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever. |
