How can your church share God's wonders?
In what ways can your church proclaim God's "wonders among all peoples"?

Key Verse

Psalm 96:3: “Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples.”

Understanding the Call

• God’s “wonders” (marvelous deeds) include creation (Psalm 19:1), redemption through the cross (Romans 5:8), and His daily providence (Psalm 145:15–16).

• Proclaiming them is not optional; it flows from the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20) and the Spirit’s empowering (Acts 1:8).

• The whole church family shares this responsibility (1 Peter 2:9).

Preparing Our Hearts

• Cultivate personal worship: regular Bible reading and prayer keep God’s works fresh in our minds (Psalm 119:11).

• Share testimonies internally so members learn to articulate God’s wonders naturally (Psalm 107:2).

• Pray corporately for boldness and opportunities as in Acts 4:29–31.

Proclaiming Through Worship

• Plan services that highlight God’s attributes and mighty acts—select songs, Scriptures, and testimonies that celebrate His power and grace.

• Integrate multilingual Scripture readings or songs to reflect “all peoples” (Revelation 7:9).

• Livestream gatherings so the proclamation extends beyond the walls.

Proclaiming Through Teaching and Discipleship

• Anchor every sermon and class in the redemptive storyline of the Bible, tracing God’s wonders from Genesis to Revelation.

• Equip members with simple gospel outlines and apologetic tools (1 Peter 3:15).

• Mentor new believers so proclamation multiplies generationally (2 Timothy 2:2).

Proclaiming Through Outreach and Evangelism

• Neighborhood evangelism: door-to-door visits, park outreaches, community events.

• Global missions: support missionaries, adopt unreached people groups, send short-term teams (Romans 10:14–15).

• Digital evangelism: use social media, podcasts, and blogs to publish testimonies and Bible truth.

Proclaiming Through Compassion and Service

• Food banks, medical clinics, tutoring programs—meet tangible needs while verbally sharing Christ’s works (Matthew 5:16).

• Crisis response teams that bring aid and the gospel during disasters.

• Partnerships with pregnancy centers, homeless ministries, and addiction recovery programs, always connecting help to the hope found in Jesus.

Proclaiming Through Media and Creativity

• Testimony videos, worship albums, original art and drama that spotlight God’s deeds (Psalm 40:3).

• Short gospel reels or infographics tailored for various cultures and languages.

• Print resources: gospel tracts, Scripture portions, children’s storybooks about God’s mighty acts.

Proclaiming Through Partnerships

• Network with like-minded churches and ministries for joint outreaches and mission projects.

• Support Bible translation efforts so every people group can read of God’s wonders in their heart language (Romans 15:20–21).

• Encourage and send vocational professionals—teachers, engineers, medical staff—who can live and speak the gospel cross-culturally.

Living in Expectation

• Celebrate every salvation, baptism, and answered prayer as fresh evidence of God’s wonders (Luke 15:10).

• Continually remind the congregation that Christ will be worshiped by “a multitude … from every nation” (Revelation 7:9), and our proclamation today hastens that glorious day.
