Four Essentials for Prepared Living 1. Know the Word and Guard the Truth – Daily, systematic Bible intake keeps deception at bay (Colossians 2:8). – Memorize key prophetic passages: Daniel 7; 2 Thessalonians 2; Revelation 13-19. – Test every teaching against Scripture (Acts 17:11). 2. Advance the Gospel with Urgency – Jesus “is not willing that any should perish” (2 Peter 3:9). – Share the good news in everyday conversations; live it out with visible compassion. – Support missions and pray for unreached peoples—time is short (“one hour”). Discerning the Times • The rise of regional alliances, digital currencies, and centralized power foreshadows the coming ten-king coalition. • 1 John 2:18 reminds us that “many antichrists have appeared,” preparing the world to embrace the final one. • Stay informed but not alarmed; compare headlines with Scripture, not speculation. Anchoring in Hope • Revelation 17 ends with the Lamb’s victory: “He is Lord of lords and King of kings” (17:14). • Our confidence rests in Christ’s supremacy (Revelation 19:16); He will conquer every counterfeit kingdom. • Therefore, “you are all sons of the light… let us remain awake and sober” (1 Thessalonians 5:5-6).
