How to share God's greatness this week?
In what ways can we declare God's greatness to others this week?

Anchoring Our Hearts in Psalm 96:4

“For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.” (Psalm 96:4)

Because the Lord is matchless in greatness, every sphere of life becomes an opportunity to broadcast His glory.

Let Worship Overflow Into Words

• Begin each morning by reading a psalm aloud; Psalm 34:1 sets the tone: “I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise will always be on my lips.”

• Throughout the day, speak short sentences of praise when God’s kindness crosses your mind.

• End conversations by affirming God’s goodness instead of merely wishing someone luck; try “The Lord has been so faithful to me—may He bless your day too.”

Serve With Joyful Excellence

• Volunteer for a task others avoid, completing it “with all your heart, as working for the Lord” (Colossians 3:23).

• Offer practical help to a neighbor or coworker, explaining that you serve because Christ first served you (Mark 10:45).

• Carry out routine duties—laundry, spreadsheets, dishes—while thanking God aloud that even mundane work can honor Him.

Share Stories of God’s Faithfulness

• Recall a recent answered prayer and relate it naturally in conversation; Psalm 107:2 urges, “Let the redeemed of the LORD say so.”

• Keep a running list of God’s provisions on your phone; share one item each day with someone new.

• When someone praises your resilience, redirect the credit to the Lord’s sustaining grace (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Sing the Gospel in Everyday Conversations

• Rehearse a one-minute testimony highlighting Christ’s saving work; Romans 1:16 reminds us the gospel “is the power of God for salvation.”

• Slip gospel truths into ordinary topics—when discussing weekend plans, mention worship; when talking about hope, point to the resurrection.

• Offer a pocket-sized Gospel of John or a Bible app link along with a kind word about its life-changing message.

Radiate Christlike Character

• Choose gratitude over grumbling; Philippians 2:14-15 says this makes us “shine as lights in the world.”

• Respond to irritation with gentleness, reflecting the meekness of Christ (Matthew 11:29).

• Practice forgiveness immediately, demonstrating the mercy you’ve received (Ephesians 4:32).

Leverage Social Media as a Pulpit of Praise

• Post a verse graphic once or twice this week; pair it with a brief personal reflection.

• Share a short video recounting how God met you in His Word that morning.

• Comment encouragement under friends’ posts, intentionally inserting Scripture when appropriate.

Intercede Publicly and Privately

• When someone shares a struggle, ask for permission to pray on the spot; 1 Timothy 2:1 calls for “petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving.”

• Keep a prayer journal and let people know you’re faithfully lifting them up.

• Praise God aloud after an answered prayer, closing the loop so He gets public credit.

Celebrate Creation’s Testimony

• Point out a sunset or blooming flower and quote Psalm 19:1: “The heavens declare the glory of God.”

• Take a friend on a nature walk, using creation’s beauty as a bridge to speak of the Creator’s majesty.

• Share a photo of creation online with a caption praising God’s artistry.

Concluding Encouragement

Every intentional word, act, and attitude can become a megaphone for the greatness of the Lord who is “greatly to be praised.” Step into the week convinced that God delights in revealing His glory through His people.
