In Daniel 6:22 , Daniel testifies to King Darius, "My God sent His angel and shut the mouths of the lions, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; nor have I done any wrong before you, O king." This miraculous deliverance not only preserved Daniel's life but also served as a powerful testimony to the sovereignty and protection of God.

Daniel's life was marked by longevity and continued influence, another aspect of God's temporal blessing. He served under multiple kings and empires, maintaining his integrity and faithfulness to God throughout. Daniel 6:28 notes, "So Daniel prospered during the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus the Persian." His enduring presence and influence in the royal courts were a testament to God's sustaining grace and favor.
