Physical Sustenance

Physical sustenance refers to the nourishment and provision necessary for maintaining the human body. In the Bible, God is depicted as the ultimate provider of all physical needs. The creation narrative in Genesis illustrates God's provision of food for humanity: "Then God said, 'Behold, I have given you every seed-bearing plant on the face of all the earth and every tree whose fruit contains seed. They will be yours for food'" (Genesis 1:29). This passage underscores the divine origin of sustenance and the abundance of God's creation.

The Israelites' journey through the wilderness further exemplifies God's provision. When the Israelites faced hunger, God provided manna from heaven: "Then the LORD said to Moses, 'Behold, I will rain down bread from heaven for you.
