Give therefore to thy servant an understanding heart, to judge thy people, and discern between good and evil. For who shall be able to judge this people, thy people, which is so numerous?
For behold thou hast loved truth: the uncertain and hidden things of thy wisdom thou hast made manifest to me.
He wilt keep the salvation of the righteous, and protect them that walk in simplicity,
Be not wise in thy own conceit: fear God, and depart from evil:
With me are riches and glory, glorious riches and justice.
And he changeth times and ages: taketh away kingdoms, and establisheth them: giveth wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to them that have understanding:
