1Jesus entered the synagogue again, and a man was there who had a shriveled hand. | 1Once again Jesus entered the synagogue, and a man with a withered hand was there. |

29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin" -- | 29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of eternal sin.” |
30because they were saying, "He has an unclean spirit." | 30Jesus made this statement because they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.” |
31His mother and his brothers came, and standing outside, they sent word to him and called him. | 31Then Jesus’ mother and brothers came and stood outside. They sent someone in to summon Him, |
32A crowd was sitting around him and told him, "Look, your mother, your brothers, and your sisters are outside asking for you." | 32and a crowd was sitting around Him. “Look,” He was told, “Your mother and brothers are outside, asking for You.” |
33He replied to them, "Who are my mother and my brothers?" | 33But Jesus replied, “Who are My mother and My brothers?” |
