| 2From Zion, the perfection of beauty, God appears in radiance.  | 2From Zion, perfect in beauty, God shines forth. |   
| 3Our God is coming; He will not be silent! Devouring fire precedes Him, and a storm rages around Him.  | 3Our God approaches and will not be silent! Consuming fire precedes Him, and a tempest rages around Him. |
