| 19A righteous person will have many troubles, but the LORD will deliver him from them all. | 19Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. |
| 20God protects all his bones; not one of them will be broken. | 20He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. |
| 21Evil will kill the wicked; those who hate the righteous will be held guilty. | 21Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. |
