| 2Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. | 2Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your works complete in the sight of my God. |
| 3Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. | 18I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. | 18I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. |
