Psalm 23
NLT Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New Living TranslationNET Bible
1The LORD is my shepherd; I have all that I need.1A psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams.2He takes me to lush pastures, he leads me to refreshing water.
3He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.3He restores my strength. He leads me down the right paths for the sake of his reputation.
4Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.4Even when I must walk through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for you are with me; your rod and your staff reassure me.
5You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings.5You prepare a feast before me in plain sight of my enemies. You refresh my head with oil; my cup is completely full.
6Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever.6Surely your goodness and faithfulness will pursue me all my days, and I will live in the LORD's house for the rest of my life.
