As the Deer Pants for the Water

NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
1For the director of music. A maskil of the Sons of Korah. As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.1As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God.1For the choir director. A Maskil of the sons of Korah. As the deer pants for the water brooks, So my soul pants for You, O God.1To the chief Musician, Maschil, for the sons of Korah. As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.1 For the choir director. A Maskil of the sons of Korah. As a deer longs for streams of water, so I long for You, God.
2My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?2My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?2My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; When shall I come and appear before God?2My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?2I thirst for God, the living God. When can I come and appear before God?
3My tears have been my food day and night, while people say to me all day long, "Where is your God?"3My tears have been my food day and night, while they say to me all the day long, “Where is your God?”3My tears have been my food day and night, While they say to me all day long, "Where is your God?"3My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?3My tears have been my food day and night, while all day long people say to me," Where is your God?"
4These things I remember as I pour out my soul: how I used to go to the house of God under the protection of the Mighty One with shouts of joy and praise among the festive throng.4These things I remember, as I pour out my soul: how I would go with the throng and lead them in procession to the house of God with glad shouts and songs of praise, a multitude keeping festival.4These things I remember and I pour out my soul within me. For I used to go along with the throng and lead them in procession to the house of God, With the voice of joy and thanksgiving, a multitude keeping festival.4When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.4I remember this as I pour out my heart: how I walked with many, leading the festive procession to the house of God, with joyful and thankful shouts.

7Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me.7Deep calls to deep at the roar of your waterfalls; all your breakers and your waves have gone over me.7Deep calls to deep at the sound of Your waterfalls; All Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me.7Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.7Deep calls to deep in the roar of Your waterfalls; all Your breakers and Your billows have swept over me.
8By day the LORD directs his love, at night his song is with me-- a prayer to the God of my life.8By day the LORD commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.8The LORD will command His lovingkindness in the daytime; And His song will be with me in the night, A prayer to the God of my life.8Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.8The LORD will send His faithful love by day; His song will be with me in the night-- a prayer to the God of my life.

Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?”9I will say to God my rock, "Why have You forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?"9I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?9I will say to God, my rock," Why have You forgotten me?
