My enemies say of me in malice, "When will he die and his name perish?"5My enemies say of me in malice, “When will he die, and his name perish?”5My enemies speak evil against me, "When will he die, and his name perish?"5Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish?5My enemies speak maliciously about me:" When will he die and be forgotten?"
When one of them comes to see me, he speaks falsely, while his heart gathers slander; then he goes out and spreads it around.6And when one comes to see me, he utters empty words, while his heart gathers iniquity; when he goes out, he tells it abroad.6And when he comes to see me, he speaks falsehood; His heart gathers wickedness to itself; When he goes outside, he tells it.6And if he come to see me, he speaketh vanity: his heart gathereth iniquity to itself; when he goeth abroad, he telleth it.6When one of them comes to visit, he speaks deceitfully; he stores up evil in his heart; he goes out and talks.
All my enemies whisper together against me; they imagine the worst for me, saying,7All who hate me whisper together about me; they imagine the worst for me.7All who hate me whisper together against me; Against me they devise my hurt, saying,7All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt.7All who hate me whisper together about me; they plan to harm me."
"A vile disease has afflicted him; he will never get up from the place where he lies."8They say, “A deadly thing is poured out on him; he will not rise again from where he lies.”8"A wicked thing is poured out upon him, That when he lies down, he will not rise up again."8An evil disease, say they, cleaveth fast unto him: and now that he lieth he shall rise up no more.8Lethal poison has been poured into him, and he won't rise again from where he lies!"
Even my close friend, someone I trusted, one who shared my bread, has turned against me.9Even my close friend in whom I trusted, who ate my bread, has lifted his heel against me.9Even my close friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.9Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.9Even my friend in whom I trusted, one who ate my bread, has raised his heel against me.

I know that you are pleased with me, for my enemy does not triumph over me.11By this I know that you delight in me: my enemy will not shout in triumph over me.11By this I know that You are pleased with me, Because my enemy does not shout in triumph over me.11By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.11By this I know that You delight in me: my enemy does not shout in triumph over me.
Because of my integrity you uphold me and set me in your presence forever.12But you have upheld me because of my integrity, and set me in your presence forever.12As for me, You uphold me in my integrity, And You set me in Your presence forever.12And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever.12You supported me because of my integrity and set me in Your presence forever.
