The Ten Curtains for the Tabernacle
(Exodus 36:8–13)

1 And you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of finely woven linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn; with cherubim, the work of a designer, you shall make them. 2The length of the one curtain is eight and twenty by the cubit, and the width of the one curtain four by the cubit—one measurement for all the curtains.

3Five curtains shall be joined, each to her sister, and five curtains joined each to her sister. 4And you shall make loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain, from the end at the joining, and likewise you shall do on the edge of the outermost curtain, at the seam of the second.

5Fifty loops you shall make in the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the end of the curtain that is at the seam of the second, that the loops may be clasped each to her sister. 6And you shall make fifty clasps of gold, and join the curtains each to her sister with the clasps, and the tabernacle shall be one.

The Eleven Curtains of Goat Hair
(Exodus 36:14–19)

7And you shall make curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the tabernacle; one and ten curtains you shall make them. 8The length of the one curtain is thirty by the cubit, and the width of the one curtain four by the cubit. One measurement for the one and ten curtains.

9And you shall join the five curtains by themselves, and the six curtains by themselves, and you shall double over the sixth curtain at the front of the face of the tent.

10And you shall make fifty loops on the edge of the one curtain, the outermost, at the joining, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain at the seam of the second. 11And you shall make fifty clasps of bronze, and bring the clasps into the loops, and join together the tent, and it shall be one.

12And the excess that remains in the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains shall hang over the back of the tabernacle. 13And the cubit from this side and the cubit from that side, in the remains in the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle from this side and from that side to cover it.

14And you shall make a covering for the tent of ram skins dyed red, and a covering of badger skins from above.

The Frames and Bases
(Exodus 36:20–34)

15And you shall make the boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood standing upright. 16Ten cubits is the length of the board, and a cubit and a half cubit is the width of the one board, 17with two tenons in the one board for binding each to her sister. Thus you shall do for all the boards of the tabernacle.

18And you shall make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side, southward. 19And forty bases of silver you shall make under the twenty boards, two bases under the one board for its two tenons, and two bases under the one board for its two tenons.

20And for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side, are twenty boards, 21and their forty bases of silver, two bases under the one board, and two bases under the one board.

22And for the far side of the tabernacle, westward, you shall make six boards. 23And two boards you shall make for the corners of the tabernacle for the rear sides. 24And they shall be coupled from the bottom, and together they shall be complete at its top by the one ring. Thus it shall be for the two of them; they shall be for the two corners. 25And there shall be eight boards and their bases of silver, six and ten bases, two bases under the one board and two bases under the one board.

26And you shall make bars of acacia wood, five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle, 27and five bars for the boards of the second side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for the rear sides westward.

28And the middle bar in the midst of the boards shall pass through from the end to the end. 29And the boards you shall overlay with gold, and their rings make of gold as holders for the bars, and overlay the bars with gold.

30And you shall raise up the tabernacle according to its pattern that you were shown on the mountain.

The Veil
(Exodus 36:35–36)

31And you shall make a veil of blue and purple and scarlet yarn, and finely woven linen, the work of a designer; cherubim he shall make on it. 32And you shall put it upon four pillars of acacia wood overlaid with gold; their hooks of gold, upon four bases of silver. 33And you shall put the veil under the clasps, and you shall bring there within the veil the ark of the Testimony. And the veil shall divide for you⁺ between the Holy Place and between the Holy of Holies.

34And you shall put the mercy seat upon the ark of the Testimony in the Holy of Holies. 35And you shall set the table outside the veil, and the lampstand across from the table on the side of the tabernacle southward; and you shall put the table on the north side.

The Curtain for the Entrance
(Exodus 36:37–38)

36And you shall make a screen for the door of the tent, blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and finely woven linen, the work of a weaver. 37And you shall make for the screen five pillars of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold. Their hooks are of gold, and you shall cast for them five bases of bronze.
