They will attack every town in the land that the LORD your God is giving you, and the high, fortified walls in which you trust will fall.

And consume thee in all thy cities, and thy strong and high wall be brought down, wherein thou trustedst in all thy land. Thou shalt be besieged within thy gates in all thy land which the Lord thy God will give thee:

Thou shalt be besieged within thy gates in all thy land which the Lord thy God will give thee:53And thou shalt eat the fruit of thy womb, and the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the Lord thy God shall give thee, in the distress and extremity wherewith thy enemy shall oppress thee.…

Gather up thy shame out of the land, thou that dwellest in a siege.
For thus saith he Lord: Behold I will cast away far off the inhabitants of the land at this time: and I will afflict them, so that they may be found.
That day is a day of wrath, a day of tribulation and distress, a day of calamity and misery, a day of darkness and obscurity, a day of clouds and whirlwinds,
A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high bulwarks.
