This is the word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the Jews living in the land of Egypt--in Migdol, Tahpanhes, and Memphis--and in the land of Pathros: Cross References Exodus 14:2"Tell the Israelites to turn back and encamp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea. You are to encamp by the sea, directly opposite Baal-zephon. Ezekiel 30:18 The day will be darkened in Tehaphnehes when I break there the yoke of Egypt and her proud strength comes to an end. A cloud will cover her, and her daughters will go into captivity. Hosea 9:6 For even if they flee destruction, Egypt will gather them and Memphis will bury them. Their precious silver will be taken over by thistles, and thorns will overrun their tents.
