| 4Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, O LORD, You know it all. | 4Even before a word is on my tongue, You know all about it, O LORD. |
| 5You have enclosed me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me. | 5You hem me in behind and before; You have laid Your hand upon me. |

| 23Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; | 23Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my concerns. |
