Joy

Peace

It is a peace that is not dependent on circumstances but is anchored in the character and promises of God.

Jesus Christ is central to the believer's experience of peace. In John 14:27, He assures His followers, "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid." This peace is a gift that Jesus imparts, distinct from the temporary and often fragile peace offered by the world.

Furthermore, peace with God is foundational to the Christian faith, achieved through the reconciliation brought by Jesus' sacrifice. Romans 5:1 states, "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
