How Great Are Your Works! מִזְמ֥וֹר (A Psalm). שִׁ֗יר (A Song). לְי֣וֹם (For the day) הַשַּׁבָּֽת׃ (of the Sabbath). 1ט֗וֹב (It is good) לְהֹד֥וֹת (to give thanks) לַיהוָ֑ה (to YHWH), וּלְזַמֵּ֖ר (and to sing praise) לְשִׁמְךָ֣ (to Your name), עֶלְיֽוֹן׃ (O Most High), 2 לְהַגִּ֣יד (to declare) בַּבֹּ֣קֶר (in the morning) חַסְֽדֶּ֑ךָ (Your loving devotion) וֶ֝אֱמֽוּנָתְךָ֗ (and Your faithfulness) בַּלֵּילֽוֹת׃ (in the nights), 3 עֲֽלֵי־ (on) עָ֭שׂוֹר (ten strings) וַעֲלֵי־ (and on) נָ֑בֶל (the harp), עֲלֵ֖י (with) הִגָּי֣וֹן (a melody) בְּכִנּֽוֹר׃ (of the lyre). 4 כִּ֤י (For) שִׂמַּחְתַּ֣נִי (You have made me glad), יְהוָ֣ה (O YHWH), בְּפָעֳלֶ֑ךָ (by Your work); בְּֽמַעֲשֵׂ֖י (at the works) יָדֶ֣יךָ (of Your hands) אֲרַנֵּֽן׃ (I shout for joy). 5 מַה־ (How) גָּדְל֣וּ (great are) מַעֲשֶׂ֣יךָ (Your works), יְהוָ֑ה (O YHWH)— מְ֝אֹ֗ד (how very) עָמְק֥וּ (deep) מַחְשְׁבֹתֶֽיךָ׃ (Your thoughts)! 6 אִֽישׁ־ (A man) בַּ֭עַר (stupid) לֹ֣א (not) יֵדָ֑ע (does know), וּ֝כְסִ֗יל (and a fool) לֹא־ (not) יָבִ֥ין (can understand) אֶת־ (-) זֹֽאת׃ (this). 7 בִּפְרֹ֤חַ (Sprout) רְשָׁעִ֨ים׀ (the wicked) כְּמ֥וֹ (like) עֵ֗שֶׂב (grass), וַ֭יָּצִיצוּ (and blossom) כָּל־ (all) פֹּ֣עֲלֵי (the workers) אָ֑וֶן (of iniquity), לְהִשָּֽׁמְדָ֥ם (to be destroyed) עֲדֵי־ (forever) עַֽד׃ (and ever). 8 וְאַתָּ֥ה (And You are) מָר֗וֹם (on high) לְעֹלָ֥ם (forever), יְהוָֽה׃ (O YHWH)! 9 כִּ֤י (For) הִנֵּ֪ה (behold), אֹיְבֶ֡יךָ׀ (Your enemies), יְֽהוָ֗ה (O YHWH), כִּֽי־ (for) הִנֵּ֣ה (behold), אֹיְבֶ֣יךָ (Your enemies) יֹאבֵ֑דוּ (will perish); יִ֝תְפָּרְד֗וּ (will be scattered) כָּל־ (all) פֹּ֥עֲלֵי (the workers) אָֽוֶן׃ (of iniquity). 10 וַתָּ֣רֶם (And You have lifted high) כִּרְאֵ֣ים (like that of a wild ox) קַרְנִ֑י (my horn); בַּ֝לֹּתִ֗י (I have been anointed) בְּשֶׁ֣מֶן (with oil) רַעֲנָֽן׃ (fresh). 11 וַתַּבֵּ֥ט (And has looked) עֵינִ֗י (my eye) בְּשׁ֫וּרָ֥י (on my enemies); בַּקָּמִ֖ים (of those rising up) עָלַ֥י (against me) מְרֵעִ֗ים (those doing evil) תִּשְׁמַ֥עְנָה (hear) אָזְנָֽי׃ (my ears). 12 צַ֭דִּיק (The righteous one) כַּתָּמָ֣ר (like a palm tree) יִפְרָ֑ח (will sprout); כְּאֶ֖רֶז (like a cedar) בַּלְּבָנ֣וֹן (in Lebanon) יִשְׂגֶּֽה׃ (he will grow). 13 שְׁ֭תוּלִים (Those planted) בְּבֵ֣ית (in the house) יְהוָ֑ה (of YHWH) בְּחַצְר֖וֹת (in the courts) אֱלֹהֵ֣ינוּ (of our God) יַפְרִֽיחוּ׃ (they will sprout). 14 ע֭וֹד (Still) יְנוּב֣וּן (bearing fruit) בְּשֵׂיבָ֑ה (in old age); דְּשֵׁנִ֖ים (fat) וְרַֽעֲנַנִּ֣ים (and flourishing) יִהְיֽוּ׃ (they will remain). 15 לְ֭הַגִּיד (To declare) כִּֽי־ (that) יָשָׁ֣ר (upright) יְהוָ֑ה (is YHWH) צ֝וּרִ֗י (my Rock), וְֽלֹא־ (and there is no) עֹלָתָה (injustice) בּֽוֹ׃ (in Him).
