| 2Protect my life, for I am faithful. You are my God; save Your servant who trusts in You. | 2Preserve my life, for I am godly; save your servant, who trusts in you—you are my God. |

| 4Bring joy to Your servant's life, because I turn to You, Lord. | 4Gladden the soul of your servant, for to you, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. |
