Refreshment

In the Old Testament, refreshment is frequently associated with rest and restoration. Psalm 23:2-3 beautifully captures this: "He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. Exodus 31:17 states, "It is a sign forever between Me and the Israelites; for in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, but on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed."
