Exodus 5:13
Good News Translation
The slave drivers kept trying to force them to make the same number of bricks every day as they had made when they were given straw.

The taskmasters were urgent, saying, “Complete your work, the same daily assignment as when you were given straw.”

But the slave bosses were hard on them and kept saying, "Each day you have to make as many bricks as you did when you were given straw."
