| 2and when you and your children return to the LORD your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, | 2and return to the LORD your God, you and your children, and obey his voice in all that I command you today, with all your heart and with all your soul, | 2and you return to the LORD your God and obey Him with all your heart and soul according to all that I command you today, you and your sons, | 2And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; | 2and you and your children return to the LORD your God and obey Him with all your heart and all your soul by doing everything I am giving you today, |

| 9Then the LORD your God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your land. The LORD will again delight in you and make you prosperous, just as he delighted in your ancestors, | 9The LORD your God will make you abundantly prosperous in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your cattle and in the fruit of your ground. For the LORD will again take delight in prospering you, as he took delight in your fathers, | 9"Then the LORD your God will prosper you abundantly in all the work of your hand, in the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your cattle and in the produce of your ground, for the LORD will again rejoice over you for good, just as He rejoiced over your fathers; | 9And the LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers: | 9The LORD your God will make you prosper abundantly in all the work of your hands with children, the offspring of your livestock, and your land's produce. Indeed, the LORD will again delight in your prosperity, as He delighted in that of your fathers, |

The Choice of Life or Death | 11Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach. | 11“For this commandment that I command you today is not too hard for you, neither is it far off. | 11"For this commandment which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it out of reach. | 11For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. | 11This command that I give you today is certainly not too difficult or beyond your reach. |
| 12It is not up in heaven, so that you have to ask, "Who will ascend into heaven to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?" | 12It is not in heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will ascend to heaven for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’ | 12"It is not in heaven, that you should say, 'Who will go up to heaven for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?' | 12It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? | 12It is not in heaven so that you have to ask, 'Who will go up to heaven, get it for us, and proclaim it to us so that we may follow it?' |
| 13Nor is it beyond the sea, so that you have to ask, "Who will cross the sea to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?" | 13Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will go over the sea for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’ | 13"Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, 'Who will cross the sea for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?' | 13Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? | 13And it is not across the sea so that you have to ask, 'Who will cross the sea, get it for us, and proclaim it to us so that we may follow it?' |
| 14No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it. | 14But the word is very near you. | 18I declare to you this day that you will certainly be destroyed. You will not live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess. | 18I declare to you today, that you shall surely perish. | 20and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.
