who carry out His word

Their role in carrying out God's word reflects their dedication to His purposes and their integral part in the unfolding of His divine plan. who hearken to the voice of His command

David’s summons echoes the opening of the psalm: “Bless the LORD, O my soul” (Psalm 103:1). Here the focus widens from his own soul to the heavenly host.
