The conversations of the saints, centered on the law of God, serve as a testimony to the world. In Matthew 5:14-16 , Jesus declares, "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a basket. Instead, they set it on a stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." By making God's law the subject of their conversation, believers shine as lights in a dark world, drawing others to the truth and righteousness of God.

Practical Application

The saints are encouraged to incorporate the law of God into their conversations in various settings—within families, among friends, and in the broader community of faith. This can be achieved through regular Bible study, sharing insights and applications of Scripture, and encouraging one another to live according to God's commandments.
