1  וּבִ֨נְיָמִ֔ן (And Benjamin) הוֹלִ֖יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) בֶּ֣לַע (Bela) בְּכֹר֑וֹ (his firstborn), אַשְׁבֵּל֙ (Ashbel) הַשֵּׁנִ֔י (the second), וְאַחְרַ֖ח (and Aharah) הַשְּׁלִישִֽׁי׃ (the third), 2  נוֹחָה֙ (Nohah) הָֽרְבִיעִ֔י (the fourth), וְרָפָ֖א (and Rapha) הַחֲמִישִֽׁי׃ס (the fifth).

3  וַיִּהְי֥וּ (And) בָנִ֖ים (the sons) לְבָ֑לַע (of Bela):

אַדָּ֥ר (Addar), וְגֵרָ֖א (and Gera), וַאֲבִיהֽוּד׃ (and Abihud), 4  וַאֲבִישׁ֥וּעַ (and Abishua), וְנַעֲמָ֖ן (and Naaman), וַאֲחֽוֹחַ׃ (and Ahoah), 5  וְגֵרָ֥א (and Gera), וּשְׁפוּפָ֖ן (and Shephuphan), וְחוּרָֽם׃ (and Huram).

6  וְאֵ֖לֶּה (And these) בְּנֵ֣י (are the sons) אֵח֑וּד (of Ehud)— אֵ֣לֶּה (these) הֵ֞ם (were) רָאשֵׁ֤י (the heads) אָבוֹת֙ (of fathers) לְי֣וֹשְׁבֵי (of the dwellers) גֶ֔בַע (of Geba), וַיַּגְל֖וּם (and they carried them away) אֶל־ (to) מָנָֽחַת׃ (Manahath):

7  וְנַעֲמָ֧ן (And Naaman), וַאֲחִיָּ֛ה (and Ahijah), וְגֵרָ֖א (and Gera). ה֣וּא (He) הֶגְלָ֑ם (carried them away), וְהוֹלִ֥יד (and he begat) אֶת־ (-) עֻזָּ֖א (Uzza) וְאֶת־ (and) אֲחִיחֻֽד׃ (Ahihud).

8  וְשַׁחֲרַ֗יִם (And Shaharaim) הוֹלִיד֙ (begat) בִּשְׂדֵ֣ה (in the land) מוֹאָ֔ב (of Moab), מִן־ (after) שִׁלְח֖וֹ (he had sent away) אֹתָ֑ם (-) חוּשִׁ֥ים (Hushim) וְאֶֽת־ (and) בַּעֲרָ֖א (Baara) נָשָֽׁיו׃ (his wives). 9  וַיּ֖וֹלֶד (And he begat) מִן־ (by) חֹ֣דֶשׁ (Hodesh) אִשְׁתּ֑וֹ (his wife) אֶת־ (-):

יוֹבָב֙ (Jobab), וְאֶת־ (and) צִבְיָ֔א (Zibia), וְאֶת־ (and) מֵישָׁ֖א (Mesha), וְאֶת־ (and) מַלְכָּֽם׃ (Malcam), 10  וְאֶת־ (and) יְע֥וּץ (Jeuz), וְאֶת־ (and) שָֽׂכְיָ֖ה (Sachiah), וְאֶת־ (and) מִרְמָ֑ה (Mirmah). אֵ֥לֶּה (These) בָנָ֖יו (were his sons), רָאשֵׁ֥י (heads) אָבֽוֹת׃ (of fathers).

11  וּמֵחֻשִׁ֛ים (And by Hushim): הוֹלִ֥יד (He begat) אֶת־ (-)

אֲבִיט֖וּב (Abitub) וְאֶת־ (and) אֶלְפָּֽעַל׃ (Elpaal).

12  וּבְנֵ֣י (And the sons) אֶלְפַּ֔עַל (of Elpaal):

עֵ֥בֶר (Eber), וּמִשְׁעָ֖ם (and Misham), וָשָׁ֑מֶד (and Shemed) ה֚וּא (he) בָּנָ֣ה (built) אֶת־ (-) אוֹנ֔וֹ (Ono) וְאֶת־ (and) לֹ֖ד (Lod) וּבְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃ (and its daughters)). 13  וּבְרִעָ֣ה (And Beriah) וָשֶׁ֔מַע (and Shema), הֵ֚מָּה (they) רָאשֵׁ֣י (were heads) הָאָב֔וֹת (of fathers) לְיוֹשְׁבֵ֖י (of the dwellers) אַיָּל֑וֹן (of Aijalon); הֵ֥מָּה (they) הִבְרִ֖יחוּ (drove out) אֶת־ (-) י֥וֹשְׁבֵי (the dwellers) גַֽת׃ (of Gath))

14  וְאַחְי֥וֹ (and Ahio), שָׁשָׁ֖ק (Shashak), וִירֵמֽוֹת׃ (and Jeremoth), 15  וּזְבַדְיָ֥ה (and Zebadiah), וַעֲרָ֖ד (and Arad), וָעָֽדֶר׃ (and Eder), 16  וּמִיכָאֵ֧ל (and Michael), וְיִשְׁפָּ֛ה (and Ispah), וְיוֹחָ֖א (and Joha)— בְּנֵ֥י (the sons) בְרִיעָֽה׃ (of Beriah),

17  וּזְבַדְיָ֥ה (and Zebadiah), וּמְשֻׁלָּ֖ם (and Meshullam), וְחִזְקִ֥י (and Hizki), וָחָֽבֶר׃ (and Heber), 18  וְיִשְׁמְרַ֧י (and Ishmerai), וְיִזְלִיאָ֛ה (and Jizliah), וְיוֹבָ֖ב (and Jobab)— בְּנֵ֥י (the sons) אֶלְפָּֽעַל׃ (of Elpaal),

19  וְיָקִ֥ים (and Jakim), וְזִכְרִ֖י (and Zichri), וְזַבְדִּֽי׃ (and Zabdi), 20  וֶאֱלִיעֵנַ֥י (and Elienai), וְצִלְּתַ֖י (and Zillethai), וֶאֱלִיאֵֽל׃ (and Eliel), 21  וַעֲדָיָ֧ה (and Adaiah), וּבְרָאיָ֛ה (and Beraiah), וְשִׁמְרָ֖ת (and Shimrath)— בְּנֵ֥י (the sons) שִׁמְעִֽי׃ (of Shimei),

22  וְיִשְׁפָּ֥ן (and Ishpan), וָעֵ֖בֶר (and Eber), וֶאֱלִיאֵֽל׃ (and Eliel), 23  וְעַבְדּ֥וֹן (and Abdon), וְזִכְרִ֖י (and Zichri), וְחָנָֽן׃ (and Hanan), 24  וַחֲנַנְיָ֥ה (and Hananiah), וְעֵילָ֖ם (and Elam), וְעַנְתֹתִיָּֽה׃ (and Antothijah), 25  וְיִפְדְיָ֥ה (and Iphdeiah), וּפְנִיאֵל (and Penuel)— בְּנֵ֥י (the sons) שָׁשָֽׁק׃ (of Shashak),

26  וְשַׁמְשְׁרַ֥י (and Shamsherai), וּשְׁחַרְיָ֖ה (and Shehariah), וַעֲתַלְיָֽה׃ (and Athaliah), 27  וְיַעֲרֶשְׁיָ֧ה (and Jaareshiah), וְאֵלִיָּ֛ה (and Elijah), וְזִכְרִ֖י (and Zichri)— בְּנֵ֥י (the sons) יְרֹחָֽם׃ (of Jeroham).

28  אֵ֣לֶּה (These) רָאשֵׁ֥י (were heads) אָב֛וֹת (of fathers) לְתֹלְדוֹתָ֖ם (by their generations); רָאשִׁ֑ים (heads) אֵ֖לֶּה (these) יָשְׁב֥וּ (dwelt) בִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ס (in Jerusalem).

29  וּבְגִבְע֥וֹן (And at Gibeon) יָשְׁב֖וּ (dwelt) אֲבִ֣י (the father) גִבְע֑וֹן (of Gibeon), וְשֵׁ֥ם (and the name) אִשְׁתּ֖וֹ (of his wife) מַעֲכָֽה׃ (was Maacah); 30  וּבְנ֥וֹ (and his son) הַבְּכ֖וֹר (firstborn) עַבְדּ֑וֹן (was Abdon), וְצ֥וּר (and Zur), וְקִ֖ישׁ (and Kish), וּבַ֥עַל (and Baal), וְנָדָֽב׃ (and Nadab), 31  וּגְד֥וֹר (and Gedor), וְאַחְי֖וֹ (and Ahio), וָזָֽכֶר׃ (and Zecher). 32  וּמִקְל֖וֹת (And Mikloth) הוֹלִ֣יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) שִׁמְאָ֑ה (Shimeah). וְאַף־ (And also) הֵ֗מָּה (they) נֶ֧גֶד (alongside) אֲחֵיהֶ֛ם (their brothers) יָשְׁב֥וּ (dwelt) בִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם (in Jerusalem) עִם־ (with) אֲחֵיהֶֽם׃ס (their brothers).

33  וְנֵר֙ (And Ner) הוֹלִ֣יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) קִ֔ישׁ (Kish), וְקִ֖ישׁ (and Kish) הוֹלִ֣יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) שָׁא֑וּל (Saul), וְשָׁא֗וּל (and Saul) הוֹלִ֤יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) יְהֽוֹנָתָן֙ (Jonathan), וְאֶת־ (and) מַלְכִּי־ (Malchi-) שׁ֔וּעַ (shua), וְאֶת־ (and) אֲבִֽינָדָ֖ב (Abinadab), וְאֶת־ (and) אֶשְׁבָּֽעַל׃ (Esh-baal).

34  וּבֶן־ (And the son) יְהוֹנָתָ֖ן (of Jonathan):

מְרִ֣יב (Merib-) בָּ֑עַל (baal), וּמְרִ֥יב (and Merib-) בַּ֖עַל (baal) הוֹלִ֥יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) מִיכָֽה׃ס (Micah).

35  וּבְנֵ֖י (And the sons) מִיכָ֑ה (of Micah):

פִּית֥וֹן (Pithon), וָמֶ֖לֶךְ (and Melech), וְתַאְרֵ֥עַ (and Tarea), וְאָחָֽז׃ (and Aha z).

36  וְאָחָז֙ (And Ahaz) הוֹלִ֣יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) יְהוֹעַדָּ֔ה (Jehoaddah), וִיהֽוֹעַדָּ֗ה (and Jehoadah) הוֹלִ֛יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) עָלֶ֥מֶת (Alemeth) וְאֶת־ (and) עַזְמָ֖וֶת (Azmaveth) וְאֶת־ (and) זִמְרִ֑י (Zimri), וְזִמְרִ֖י (and Zimri) הוֹלִ֥יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) מוֹצָֽא׃ (Moza),

37  וּמוֹצָ֖א (and Moza) הוֹלִ֣יד (begat) אֶת־ (-) בִּנְעָ֑א (Binea), רָפָ֥ה (Raphah) בְנ֛וֹ (his son), אֶלְעָשָׂ֥ה (Eleasah) בְנ֖וֹ (his son), אָצֵ֥ל (Azel) בְּנֽוֹ׃ (his son).

38  וּלְאָצֵל֮ (And Azel had) שִׁשָּׁ֣ה (six) בָנִים֒ (sons), וְאֵ֣לֶּה (and these) שְׁמוֹתָ֗ם (were their names):

עַזְרִיקָ֥ם׀ (Azrikam), בֹּ֙כְרוּ֙ (Bocheru), וְיִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל (and Ishmael), וּשְׁעַרְיָ֔ה (and Sheariah), וְעֹבַדְיָ֖ה (and Obadiah), וְחָנָ֑ן (and Hanan)— כָּל־ (all) אֵ֖לֶּה (these) בְּנֵ֥י (the sons) אָצַֽל׃ (of Azel).

39  וּבְנֵ֖י (And the sons) עֵ֣שֶׁק (of Eshek) אָחִ֑יו (his brother):

אוּלָ֣ם (Ulam) בְּכֹר֔וֹ (his firstborn), יְעוּשׁ֙ (Jeush) הַשֵּׁנִ֔י (the second), וֶֽאֱלִיפֶ֖לֶט (and Eliphelet) הַשְּׁלִשִֽׁי׃ (the third). 40  וַֽיִּהְי֣וּ (And were) בְנֵי־ (the sons) א֠וּלָם (of Ulam) אֲנָשִׁ֨ים (men) גִּבֹּרֵי־ (mighty) חַ֜יִל (of valor), דֹּ֣רְכֵי (bending) קֶ֗שֶׁת (the bow) וּמַרְבִּ֤ים (and multiplying) בָּנִים֙ (sons) וּבְנֵ֣י (and) בָנִ֔ים (grandsons)— מֵאָ֖ה (a hundred) וַחֲמִשִּׁ֑ים (and fifty).

כָּל־ (All) אֵ֖לֶּה (these were) מִבְּנֵ֥י (sons) בִנְיָמִֽן׃פ (of Benjamin).
