Sing to Him, sing praise to Him; tell about all His wonderful works! 2Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works!

you offspring of Abraham His servant, Jacob's descendants--His chosen ones. 6O offspring of Abraham, his servant, children of Jacob, his chosen ones!
He is the LORD our God; His judgments govern the whole earth. 7He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.
He remembers His covenant forever, the promise He ordained for a thousand generations-- 8He remembers his covenant forever, the word that he commanded, for a thousand generations,
the covenant He made with Abraham, swore to Isaac, 9the covenant that he made with Abraham, his sworn promise to Isaac,
and confirmed to Jacob as a decree and to Israel as an everlasting covenant:" 10which he confirmed to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant,
I will give the land of Canaan to you as your inherited portion." 11saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan as your portion for an inheritance.”
When they were few in number, very few indeed, and temporary residents in Canaan, 12When they were few in number, of little account, and sojourners in it,
wandering from nation to nation and from one kingdom to another, 13wandering from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people,
He allowed no one to oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:" 14he allowed no one to oppress them; he rebuked kings on their account,
Do not touch My anointed ones, or harm My prophets." 15saying, “Touch not my anointed ones, do my prophets no harm!”
He called down famine against the land and destroyed the entire food supply. 16When he summoned a famine on the land and broke all supply of bread,

Until the time his prediction came true, the word of the LORD tested him. 19until what he had said came to pass, the word of the LORD tested him.
The king sent for him and released him; the ruler of peoples set him free. 20The king sent and released him; the ruler of the peoples set him free;
He made him master of his household, ruler over all his possessions-- 21he made him lord of his house and ruler of all his possessions,
binding his officials at will and instructing his elders. 22to bind his princes at his pleasure and to teach his elders wisdom.
Then Israel went to Egypt; Jacob lived as a foreigner in the land of Ham. 23Then Israel came to Egypt; Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
The LORD made His people very fruitful; He made them more numerous than their foes, 24And the LORD made his people very fruitful and made them stronger than their foes.
whose hearts He turned to hate His people and to deal deceptively with His servants. 25He turned their hearts to hate his people, to deal craftily with his servants.
He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen. 26He sent Moses, his servant, and Aaron, whom he had chosen.
They performed His miraculous signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham. 27They performed his signs among them and miracles in the land of Ham.
He sent darkness, and it became dark-- for did they not defy His commands? 28He sent darkness, and made the land dark; they did not rebel against his words.
He turned their water into blood and caused their fish to die. 29He turned their waters into blood and caused their fish to die.
Their land was overrun with frogs, even in their royal chambers. 30Their land swarmed with frogs, even in the chambers of their kings.
He spoke, and insects came-- gnats throughout their country. 31He spoke, and there came swarms of flies, and gnats throughout their country.
He gave them hail for rain, and lightning throughout their land. 32He gave them hail for rain, and fiery lightning bolts through their land.
He struck their vines and fig trees and shattered the trees of their territory. 33He struck down their vines and fig trees, and shattered the trees of their country.
He spoke, and locusts came-- young locusts without number. 34He spoke, and the locusts came, young locusts without number,

He struck all the firstborn in their land, all their first progeny. 36He struck down all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their strength.

Egypt was glad when they left, for the dread of Israel had fallen on them. 38Egypt was glad when they departed, for dread of them had fallen upon it.
He spread a cloud as a covering and gave a fire to light up the night. 39He spread a cloud for a covering, and fire to give light by night.
They asked, and He brought quail and satisfied them with bread from heaven. 40They asked, and he brought quail, and gave them bread from heaven in abundance.
He opened a rock, and water gushed out; it flowed like a stream in the desert. 41He opened the rock, and water gushed out; it flowed through the desert like a river.
For He remembered His holy promise to Abraham His servant. 42For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham, his servant.
He brought His people out with rejoicing, His chosen ones with shouts of joy. 43So he brought his people out with joy, his chosen ones with singing.
He gave them the lands of the nations, and they inherited what other peoples had worked for. 44And he gave them the lands of the nations, and they took possession of the fruit of the peoples’ toil,
All this happened so that they might keep His statutes and obey His instructions. Hallelujah! 45that they might keep his statutes and observe his laws. Praise the LORD!
