You are as beautiful as Tirzah, my darling, as lovely as Jerusalem, as majestic as troops with banners.4You are beautiful as Tirzah, my love, lovely as Jerusalem, awesome as an army with banners.4"You are as beautiful as Tirzah, my darling, As lovely as Jerusalem, As awesome as an army with banners.4Thou art beautiful, O my love, as Tirzah, comely as Jerusalem, terrible as an army with banners.4You are as beautiful as Tirzah, my darling, lovely as Jerusalem, awe-inspiring as an army with banners.
Turn your eyes from me; they overwhelm me. Your hair is like a flock of goats descending from Gilead.5Turn away your eyes from me, for they overwhelm me— Your hair is like a flock of goats leaping down the slopes of Gilead.5"Turn your eyes away from me, For they have confused me; Your hair is like a flock of goats That have descended from Gilead.5Turn away thine eyes from me, for they have overcome me: thy hair is as a flock of goats that appear from Gilead.5Turn your eyes away from me, for they captivate me. Your hair is like a flock of goats streaming down from Gilead.
Your teeth are like a flock of sheep coming up from the washing. Each has its twin, not one of them is missing.6Your teeth are like a flock of ewes that have come up from the washing; all of them bear twins; not one among them has lost its young.6"Your teeth are like a flock of ewes Which have come up from their washing, All of which bear twins, And not one among them has lost her young.6Thy teeth are as a flock of sheep which go up from the washing, whereof every one beareth twins, and there is not one barren among them.6Your teeth are like a flock of ewes coming up from washing, each one having a twin, and not one missing.
Your temples behind your veil are like the halves of a pomegranate.7Your cheeks are like halves of a pomegranate behind your veil.7"Your temples are like a slice of a pomegranate Behind your veil.7As a piece of a pomegranate are thy temples within thy locks.7Behind your veil, your brow is like a slice of pomegranate.

but my dove, my perfect one, is unique, the only daughter of her mother, the favorite of the one who bore her. The young women saw her and called her blessed; the queens and concubines praised her.9My dove, my perfect one, is the only one, the only one of her mother, pure to her who bore her. The young women saw her and called her blessed; the queens and concubines also, and they praised her.9But my dove, my perfect one, is unique: She is her mother's only daughter; She is the pure child of the one who bore her. The maidens saw her and called her blessed, The queens and the concubines also, and they praised her, saying,9My dove, my undefiled is but one; she is the only one of her mother, she is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yea, the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.9But my dove, my virtuous one, is unique; she is the favorite of her mother, perfect to the one who gave her birth. Women see her and declare her fortunate; queens and concubines also, and they sing her praises: Y
Who is this that appears like the dawn, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, majestic as the stars in procession?10“Who is this who looks down like the dawn, beautiful as the moon, bright as the sun, awesome as an army with banners?”10'Who is this that grows like the dawn, As beautiful as the full moon, As pure as the sun, As awesome as an army with banners?'10Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?10Who is this who shines like the dawn-- as beautiful as the moon, bright as the sun, awe-inspiring as an army with banners? 11I went down to the grove of nut trees to look at the new growth in the valley, to see if the vines had budded or the pomegranates were in bloom.11I went down to the nut orchard to look at the blossoms of the valley, to see whether the vines had budded, whether the pomegranates were in bloom.11"I went down to the orchard of nut trees To see the blossoms of the valley, To see whether the vine had budded Or the pomegranates had bloomed.11I went down into the garden of nuts to see the fruits of the valley, and to see whether the vine flourished, and the pomegranates budded.11I came down to the walnut grove to see the blossoms of the valley, to see if the vines were budding and the pomegranates blooming.
Before I realized it, my desire set me among the royal chariots of my people.12Before I was aware, my desire set me among the chariots of my kinsman, a prince.12"Before I was aware, my soul set me Over the chariots of my noble people."12Or ever I was aware, my soul made me like the chariots of Amminadib.12Before I knew it, my desire put me among the chariots of my noble people. 13Come back, come back, O Shulammite; come back, come back, that we may gaze on you! He Why would you gaze on the Shulammite as on the dance of Mahanaim?13Return, return, O Shulammite, return, return, that we may look upon you. He Why should you look upon the Shulammite, as upon a dance before two armies?13"Come back, come back, O Shulammite; Come back, come back, that we may gaze at you!" "Why should you gaze at the Shulammite, As at the dance of the two companies?13Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon thee. What will ye see in the Shulamite? As it were the company of two armies.13Come back, come back, Shulammite! Come back, come back, that we may look at you! M Why are you looking at the Shulammite, as you look at the dance of the two camps?
