Consider carefully what is before youWho has woe? The Hebrew word for "woe" is "אוֹי" (oy), which conveys a deep sense of lamentation and distress. In the context of Proverbs, this word sets the stage for a series of rhetorical questions that highlight the consequences of certain behaviors, particularly those associated with excessive drinking.
