1  וְאֵ֣לֶּה׀ (And these are) מַלְכֵ֣י (the kings) הָאָ֗רֶץ (of the land), אֲשֶׁ֨ר (whom) הִכּ֤וּ (defeated) בְנֵֽי־ (the sons) יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ (of Israel), וַיִּֽרְשׁ֣וּ (and they possessed) אֶת־ (-) אַרְצָ֔ם (their land) בְּעֵ֥בֶר (beyond) הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן (the Jordan) מִזְרְחָ֣ה (toward the rising) הַשָּׁ֑מֶשׁ (of the sun), מִנַּ֤חַל (from the River) אַרְנוֹן֙ (Arnon) עַד־ (to) הַ֣ר (Mount) חֶרְמ֔וֹן (Hermon) וְכָל־ (and all) הָעֲרָבָ֖ה (the plain) מִזְרָֽחָה׃ (eastward):

2  סִיחוֹן֙ (Sihon) מֶ֣לֶךְ (king) הָאֱמֹרִ֔י (of the Amorite), הַיּוֹשֵׁ֖ב (who dwelt) בְּחֶשְׁבּ֑וֹן (in Heshbon), מֹשֵׁ֡ל (ruling) מֵעֲרוֹעֵ֡ר (from Aroer) אֲשֶׁר֩ (which is) עַל־ (on) שְׂפַת־ (the bank) נַ֨חַל (of the river) אַרְנ֜וֹן (Arnon), וְת֤וֹךְ (and from the middle) הַנַּ֙חַל֙ (of the River) וַחֲצִ֣י (and half) הַגִּלְעָ֔ד (of Gilead), וְעַד֙ (and as far as) יַבֹּ֣ק (Jabbok) הַנַּ֔חַל (the River), גְּב֖וּל (the border) בְּנֵ֥י (of the) עַמּֽוֹן׃ (Ammonites), 3  וְהָעֲרָבָה֩ (and the plain) עַד־ (to) יָ֨ם (the Sea) כִּנְר֜וֹת (of Chinnereth) מִזְרָ֗חָה (eastward), וְ֠עַד (and as far as) יָ֣ם (the Sea) הָעֲרָבָ֤ה (of the Arabah) יָם־ (Sea) הַמֶּ֙לַח֙ (the Salt)) מִזְרָ֔חָה (on the east), דֶּ֖רֶךְ (the road) בֵּ֣ית (to Beth-) הַיְשִׁמ֑וֹת (jeshimoth), וּמִ֨תֵּימָ֔ן (and southward) תַּ֖חַת (below) אַשְׁדּ֥וֹת (the slopes) הַפִּסְגָּֽה׃ (of Pisgah).

4  וּגְב֗וּל (And the border) ע֚וֹג (of Og) מֶ֣לֶךְ (king) הַבָּשָׁ֔ן (of Bashan) מִיֶּ֖תֶר (of the remnant) הָרְפָאִ֑ים (of the Rephaim)), הַיּוֹשֵׁ֥ב (who dwelt) בְּעַשְׁתָּר֖וֹת (at Ashtaroth) וּבְאֶדְרֶֽעִי׃ (and at Edrei) 5  וּ֠מֹשֵׁל (and reigned) בְּהַ֨ר (over Mount) חֶרְמ֤וֹן (Hermon), וּבְסַלְכָה֙ (and over Salcah), וּבְכָל־ (and over all) הַבָּשָׁ֔ן (Bashan) עַד־ (as far as) גְּב֥וּל (the border) הַגְּשׁוּרִ֖י (of the Geshurite) וְהַמַּעֲכָתִ֑י (and the Maachathite), וַחֲצִי֙ (and over half) הַגִּלְעָ֔ד (of Gilead) גְּב֖וּל (to the border) סִיח֥וֹן (of Sihon) מֶֽלֶךְ־ (king) חֶשְׁבּֽוֹן׃ (of Heshbon).

6  מֹשֶׁ֧ה (Moses) עֶֽבֶד־ (the servant) יְהוָ֛ה (of YHWH) וּבְנֵ֥י (and the sons) יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל (of Israel) הִכּ֑וּם (had struck them down), וַֽ֠יִּתְּנָהּ (and had given it) מֹשֶׁ֨ה (Moses) עֶֽבֶד־ (the servant) יְהוָ֜ה (of YHWH) יְרֻשָּׁ֗ה (as a possession) לָרֻֽאוּבֵנִי֙ (to the Reubenite), וְלַגָּדִ֔י (and to the Gadite), וְלַחֲצִ֖י (and to the half) שֵׁ֥בֶט (tribe) הַֽמְנַשֶּֽׁה׃ס (of the Manasseh).

7  וְאֵ֣לֶּה (And these are) מַלְכֵ֣י (the kings) הָאָ֡רֶץ (of the country) אֲשֶׁר֩ (that) הִכָּ֨ה (conquered) יְהוֹשֻׁ֜עַ (Joshua) וּבְנֵ֣י (and the sons) יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל (of Israel) בְּעֵ֤בֶר (on this side) הַיַּרְדֵּן֙ (of the Jordan) יָ֔מָּה (on the west), מִבַּ֤עַל (from Baal-) גָּד֙ (gad) בְּבִקְעַ֣ת (in the Valley) הַלְּבָנ֔וֹן (of Lebanon) וְעַד־ (and as far as) הָהָ֥ר (the Mount) הֶחָלָ֖ק (Halak) הָעֹלֶ֣ה (and the ascent) שֵׂעִ֑ירָה (to Seir), וַיִּתְּנָ֨הּ (and which gave) יְהוֹשֻׁ֜עַ (Joshua) לְשִׁבְטֵ֧י (to the tribes) יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל (of Israel) יְרֻשָּׁ֖ה (as a possession) כְּמַחְלְקֹתָֽם׃ (according to their divisions) 8  בָּהָ֣ר (in the hill country), וּבַשְּׁפֵלָ֗ה (and in the Shephelah), וּבָֽעֲרָבָה֙ (and in the Jordan plain), וּבָ֣אֲשֵׁד֔וֹת (and in the slopes), וּבַמִּדְבָּ֖ר (and in the wilderness), וּבַנֶּ֑גֶב (and in the Negev)— הַֽחִתִּי֙ (the Hittite), הָֽאֱמֹרִ֔י (the Amorite), וְהַֽכְּנַעֲנִי֙ (and the Canaanite), הַפְּרִזִּ֔י (the Perizzite), הַחִוִּ֖י (the Hivite), וְהַיְבוּסִֽי׃פ (and the Jebusite)):

9  מֶ֥לֶךְ (The king) יְרִיח֖וֹ (of Jericho), אֶחָ֑ד (one);

מֶ֧לֶךְ (the king) הָעַ֛י (of Ai), אֲשֶׁר־ (which is) מִצַּ֥ד (beside) בֵּֽית־ (Beth-) אֵ֖ל (el), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

10  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) יְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ (of Jerusalem), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) חֶבְר֖וֹן (of Hebron), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

11  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) יַרְמוּת֙ (of Jarmuth), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) לָכִ֖ישׁ (of Lachish), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

12  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) עֶגְלוֹן֙ (of Eglon), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) גֶּ֖זֶר (of Gezer), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

13  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) דְּבִר֙ (of Debir), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) גֶּ֖דֶר (of Geder), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

14  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) חָרְמָה֙ (of Hormah), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) עֲרָ֖ד (of Arad), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

15  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) לִבְנָה֙ (of Libnah), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) עֲדֻלָּ֖ם (of Adullam), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

16  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) מַקֵּדָה֙ (of Makkedah), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) בֵּֽית־ (of Beth-) אֵ֖ל (el), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

17  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) תַּפּ֙וּחַ֙ (of Tappuah), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) חֵ֖פֶר (of Hepher), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

18  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) אֲפֵק֙ (of Aphek), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) לַשָּׁר֖וֹן (of Sharon), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

19  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) מָדוֹן֙ (of Madon), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) חָצ֖וֹר (of Hazor), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

20  מֶ֣לֶךְ (the king) שִׁמְר֤וֹן (of Shimron-) מְראוֹן֙ (meron), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) אַכְשָׁ֖ף (of Achshaph), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

21  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) תַּעְנַךְ֙ (of Taanach), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) מְגִדּ֖וֹ (of Megiddo), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

22  מֶ֤לֶךְ (the king) קֶ֙דֶשׁ֙ (of Kedesh), אֶחָ֔ד (one);

מֶֽלֶךְ־ (the king) יָקְנֳעָ֥ם (of Jokneam) לַכַּרְמֶ֖ל (in Carmel), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

23  מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) דּ֛וֹר (of Dor) לְנָפַ֥ת (in Naphath-) דּ֖וֹר (dor), אֶחָ֑ד (one);

מֶֽלֶךְ־ (the king) גּוֹיִ֥ם (of Goiim) לְגִלְגָּ֖ל (in Gilgal), אֶחָֽד׃ (one);

24  מֶ֥לֶךְ (the king) תִּרְצָ֖ה (of Tirzah), אֶחָ֑ד (one);

כָּל־ (all) מְלָכִ֖ים (the kings) שְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים (are thirty) וְאֶחָֽד׃פ (and one).
